When you choose Anaconda Angling for your fishing gear, you're investing in quality and expertise. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Please review our policies regarding product sales to ensure a smooth and confident shopping experience.
Product Purchase Terms & Payment Processing
All sales are final after 30 days. Payments are processed securely at the point of sale, whether in-store or online. We accept major credit cards, debit, and Anaconda Angling gift certificates. Prices are listed in CAD and do not include applicable taxes.
Return & Exchange Policies
Unused and unopened items in original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Exchanges for items of equal or greater value are permitted within 30 days. All returns are subject to inspection. For hygienic reasons, certain items like lures with opened packaging or used apparel are non-returnable.

Product Warranty Information
Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty, details of which can be found in the product packaging or on the manufacturer's website. Anaconda Angling will assist in facilitating warranty claims but does not directly provide product warranties unless explicitly stated on our custom items.
Defective Product Procedures
Should you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the replacement or repair process, often coordinating directly with the manufacturer to ensure a swift resolution. Your satisfaction is paramount.
Special Order & Custom Product Terms
Customized tackle and special order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once production begins, these items cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are found to be defective due to our craftsmanship, in which case our standard defective product procedures apply.
Guided Tour Booking and Participation Terms

Booking Procedures & Confirmation
All guided tours require advance booking through our website or in-store. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Full payment is due 7 days prior to the tour date. You will receive a confirmation email with all tour details upon successful booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
Tours cancelled by the participant less than 72 hours prior to the date are non-refundable. Cancellations 72 hours or more in advance will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (as determined by our guides) requiring cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Participant Safety Requirements & Assumption of Risk
All participants must adhere to guide instructions, wear appropriate safety gear (e.g., life vests provided), and disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to the tour. By joining a tour, participants acknowledge inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and assume responsibility for their personal safety. A waiver must be signed before departure.
Tour Modification & Substitution Policies
Anaconda Angling reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, water conditions, or guide availability. We will always strive to provide a comparable experience. In rare cases where a guide becomes unavailable, we will arrange for a qualified substitute or offer a refund/reschedule option.
Group Booking Terms
Group bookings (4 or more participants) require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Final participant count and full payment are due 14 days prior to the tour. Changes to group size within 7 days of the tour may incur additional charges or affect refund eligibility for absent members.
Service Delivery and Liability Terms
Our commitment extends to the quality of our services, including rod repair, tackle customization, and expert advice. These terms clarify our service standards and liability responsibilities.
Service Performance Standards & Quality Guarantees
All repair and customization services are performed by experienced technicians using quality parts and materials. We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. If you experience an issue related to our service within this period, we will re-address it at no additional charge.
Liability Limitations & Customer Responsibilities
Anaconda Angling is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought onto our premises or during guided tours, beyond what is covered by our specific insurance policies. Customers are responsible for properly maintaining and using equipment after service. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse or improper care.

Insurance Coverage & Customer Protection
Anaconda Angling maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all guided tours and in-store operations. Specific details of coverage are available upon request. This insurance is designed to protect both our business and our customers against unforeseen incidents during our provided services.
Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or civil unrest. In such events, we will communicate promptly and work to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds where applicable.
Service Modification & Substitution Terms
While we strive to adhere to original service agreements, minor modifications may be necessary during complex repairs or customizations. We will always communicate any significant changes to you for approval before proceeding. If a specific part is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an equivalent quality component after consultation.
